Centaurea, also known as Bachelor's Button, is an easy-to-grow flower, that adds a soft, wild touch to bouquets. I love it for its ruffled petals, cool-toned hues, and ability to hold up surprisingly well in the vase. It’s a sweet addition to market bouquets and a favorite among pollinators in the field.
