Amaranthus is a fast-growing, heat-loving annual known for its dramatic, cascading tassels and bold foliage. Producing long-lasting blooms in rich shades of red, burgundy, gold, and green, it adds movement, texture, and height to gardens and floral arrangements. Highly productive and drought tolerant once established, amaranthus thrives in summer heat and is prized as both a fresh and dried cut flower. Its striking form makes it a standout in bouquets, installations, and landscape plantings.
