Hi there! I’m Kelsey Hall, owner of Cattle & Cut Flowers, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to our new blog. This will be a space where I share updates from the farm, gardening tips, and exciting developments — like our latest discovery, the “Daffodahlia,” which has already taken social media by storm!

Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Flower farming insights: Tips and tricks to save time and energy, a peek into our growing process, and everything from planting to seed saving.

  • Hybridizing Dahlias: Follow along as we explore the possibility of new form with the Daffodahlia. Dive into the process of growing dahlias from seed to bring to the market.

  • Floral design tips: As a farmer florist, I’ll share how we create stunning arrangements and tips to master making market wraps.

  • Farm life: Expect some stories about life on the farm, and maybe even a few surprises from the cattle side of things!

Whether you're a fellow flower enthusiast or just curious about farm life, I’m excited to have you along for the journey. Stay tuned for more updates on the Daffodahlia and other fun projects we have in the works!

As always, thank you for your continued support!

– Kelsey
